Ingredients
1sun-dried tomatofully dry, not in oil
2tablespoonsnutritional yeast
1tablespoongarlic granulesor powder
1tablespoononion granulesor powder
1tablespoonpaprikasweet
1teaspoonsaltoptional, see notes
1teaspooncoconut sugaror date sugar
½teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonblack pepperor a mix
⅛teaspoonsage dried
⅛teaspoonoreganodried
⅛teaspoonchili powdermild to hot, your preference

1/16teaspooncelery seedor celery salt; can reduce salt amount if necessary
Instructions
Chop the sun-dried tomato into small pieces and add it to the food processor (or spice grinder/blender).
Add the remaining ingredients to the processor. Grind until all the pieces are about broken down to about the same degree.
Store in a sealed jar. Using a funnel can help with pouring.
