2cupswatermelonseedless, roughly chopped or scooped
1limea teaspoon+ zest and 3 tablespoons juice
2fresh lavender sprigscoarsely chopped, hard stems removed (about a teaspoon)
1cupiceor more, if desired
4ozrumor up to 8 oz, depending on how strong you want your drinks (optional; omit for a virgin daiquiri)

Instructions
Place all the ingredients except rum in a blender. Blend on high until just blended.
Add the rum if using, and blend on low just to stir. For mocktails, simply omit the rum.
Strain (or simply pour) into four glasses, garnish if desired, kick back, and enjoy! Serve out of the hollowed watermelon for extra fun.
Notes
More ice can be added for more of a blended drink. Just keep in mind that the flavor will be diluted a bit with more ice. On the plus side, your drink will be bigger!Tips
