Here, we're not judging any diets. We're just prioritizing whole plant-based foods, working them into everyday life without needing to be "perfect." By focusing on eating more plants, we can more naturally reduce our intake of processed foods and benefit our lives while benefiting the planet. All these benefits, just from being more intentional about what we eat!

I believe food is about enjoyment and well-being, and that it's possible to get good food on the table without adding a lot of stress. Now, let's eat!
